Processing & Shipping Time

• If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
• As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs

• Netherlands: €4.95
• Other countries: €7.95+
• Free shipping on all orders over €50

Free Pick-Up

• Netherlands: Delft or Amsterdam
• Denmark: Copenhagen
• Pick-ups may be ready on the same day (Amsterdam/Delft) or can take a while due to warehouse differences (Copenhagen).
