Returns and Exchanges

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you would like to return your order.

  • To register your return, please contact us through our contact form on the website with your order number and reason for return.

  • After notification, you have 14 additional days to send the item(s) back to us.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your purchase, please first contact us through our contact form within 14 days of delivery.

  • In your email, let us know which color or product you would like in exchange.

  • The cost of shipping the return to us is your responsibility.

  • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item back to you.

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
