You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you would like to return your order.
To register your return, please contact us through our contact form on the website with your order number and reason for return.
After notification, you have 14 additional days to send the item(s) back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please first contact us through our contact form within 14 days of delivery.
In your email, let us know which color or product you would like in exchange.
The cost of shipping the return to us is your responsibility.
We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item back to you.

Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
